Construction of Super Slim Flavour Direct Spray Filter

The Super Slim Flavour Direct Spray filter consists of an acetate filter with a flavoured additive. It is constructed with high-quality crimped cellulose acetate fibres which are bonded together with a controlled amount of plasticiser to give a firm structure. Alternatively, this filter can be constructed using paper for a higher tar and nicotine retention. This is enclosed in an outer plugwrap which can be either standard or non-porous depending on the ventilation requirements.

The flavour is added by spraying the flavour directly on to the cellulose acetate or paper. Specific amounts of the flavour can be precisely added to the filters. Some of the flavours currently used include: apple, coffee, menthol, orange, peach, and strawberry.
