Construction of Oval Filter

The Oval filter consists of high-quality crimped cellulose acetate fibres which are bonded together with a controlled amount of plasticiser to give a firm structure. The material is shaped into an oval to give the filter its retro appearance. This is then enclosed in an outer plugwrap which can be either standard or porous depending on the ventilation requirements.

The filter tip length, circumference, and pressure drop can be varied to suit the taste and filtration requirements of the customer.
