Cigar Testing - Triacetin
As legislation solidifies for cigarettes, cigars are becoming the next focus area for regulators. Brazil is pioneering this new legislative trend and this range covers the testing data required by regulators. Many of the mainstream and sidestream smoke measurements can also be applied to cigars.

Triacetin Triacetin is applied to the filter as a plasticizer. It is also being considered as a possible source of food energy in artificial food regeneration systems on long space missions. It is proposed that it is safe to get over half of one's dietary energy from triacetin. |
